By accessing meridianscholars.website or using the Services provided by Meridian Scholars Network Ltd (the "Company"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

Our Services include membership programs, mentorship matching, research circles, fellowship listings, and micro‑grant opportunities. We may update or change features without prior notice to improve quality or security.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your application and account.

4. Accounts & conduct

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us of any compromise.
• Do not harass, discriminate, or share private cohort materials without consent.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.

5. Payments & refunds

Some programs may require fees. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in GBP. Refunds may be granted at our reasonable discretion for documented circumstances (e.g., visa denial) within 14 days of cohort start, minus processing costs.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Members retain IP in their research outputs unless otherwise agreed in writing. You grant us a limited license to display submitted abstracts or testimonials for program promotion, subject to your written withdrawal at any time.

7. Third‑party links

The Site may contain links to third‑party resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee admission to any external fellowship, scholarship, or publication venue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time via email notice.
